Budget / Human Resources Analyst

It is within this exciting context that the organization is seeking to recruit a Budget/HR Analyst.  Reporting to the Chief Librarian/CEO, the Budget/HR Analyst plays a lead role in the development and ongoing implementation of budgets, budget projections, financial statements and human resources administration.
