Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial activities and provide strategic financial guidance to the organization. The Ideal candidate is to be a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) with at least five years’ experience managing budgets of $5 to 10 million+.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage financial systems/models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

- Conduct account reconciliations and oversee accounts receivable / accounts payable Provide direction, support, assistance, and supervision to finance and administration.

- Analyze and mitigate financial risks

- Provide insights on cost management and optimization strategies

- Collaborate with various departments on financial planning and decision-making

- Monitor corporate finance activities and ensure compliance with regulations

- Manage financial services such as investments and banking relationships

Qualifications

- The Ideal candidate is to be a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) with at least five years’ experience managing a budgets of $5 to 10 million+.

-Proficiency in financial software applications. Experience with computerized accounting system Sage Intacct preferred

- Proven experience in budgeting, risk analysis, and risk management

- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience directing and training accounting and administrative staff.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Experience in accounts receivable / accounts payable management

- Previous roles involving cost management responsibilities

- Knowledge of investment strategies
