Senior financial leadership required
As an experienced senior leader, you’ll provide strategic leadership and oversight to the corporate financial planning, budgeting process and reporting process as well as corporate accounting, capital management and business finance functions.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, execute and monitor enterprise-wide short- and long-term financial and strategic plans in support of corporate plan commitments, financial sustainability and financial targets
- Make recommendations to Executive Committee on financial return, portfolio growth and efficiency ratio and risk appetite in development and support of corporate strategy
- Review and approve accounting policies and disclosures ensuring compliance with IFRS.
- Oversee the preparation, approval and issuance of the financial statements and management reporting as well as the internal control over financial reporting results
- Make recommendations on capital adequacy, dividends and risk appetite and ensure capital charge integration into loan pricing

What you’ll need:
- At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles
- Relevant knowledge and expertise including accounting, external reporting, financial, risk, and capital management, as well as financial systems and banking.
- Financial designation (CPA) or equivalent years of education and experience
