- Direct processes for administration expense forecasting and scenario analysis
- Ensure transparency in value for investment and in realization measures, and provide business case support for strategic and operating investments
- Guide the development of management reporting, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights and analytics for business decision-making
- Direct corporate banking relationships and payment activities, setting and maintaining appropriate service level standards and a robust internal control environment
- Coach and mentor a team of high-performing managers and employees
What we’re looking for:

- Proven relationship-builder with sound business judgment
- Ability to connect and develop strong partnerships to enhance and forward corporate priorities
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need:

- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts and analyses in business-centric terms that focus on the financial and business implications of decisions
- Proven ability to develop your team as finance business partners that emphasize a logic-based approach to decision-making and are focused on understanding and challenging underlying assumptions so they can critically assess business-led analyses while considering alternate scenarios
- Change resiliency with a high level of adaptability to prioritize and provide complex, advanced-analytics decision support in real time
- Digital literacy with a passion for learning and using digital technologies to enable data sourcing, interpretation and analytics, business narrative and storytelling
