Key Role Responsibilities:
- Assume a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day financial operations, encompassing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), financial statement preparation, and IT management.
- Lead a team of three proficient professionals.
- Responsible for meticulously preparing monthly financial statements and year-end financial reports, ensuring impeccable accuracy and unwavering compliance.
- Offer guidance and supervision to your direct reports entrusted with AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation, IT, and HR tasks.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to harmonize financial strategies with our overarching business objectives.
- Inject a strategic vision into your role, actively participating in financial planning and contributing to meticulous forecasting.
Qualifications:
- A demonstrated track record of Controller experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in cost accounting practices.
- Possession of a CPA designation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in hands-on financial reporting and analysis.
- Adept leadership skills for effective team management.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative capabilities.
