Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Assume a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day financial operations, encompassing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), financial statement preparation, and IT management.
  • Lead a team of three proficient professionals.
  • Responsible for meticulously preparing monthly financial statements and year-end financial reports, ensuring impeccable accuracy and unwavering compliance.
  • Offer guidance and supervision to your direct reports entrusted with AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation, IT, and HR tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to harmonize financial strategies with our overarching business objectives.
  • Inject a strategic vision into your role, actively participating in financial planning and contributing to meticulous forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • A demonstrated track record of Controller experience within a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in cost accounting practices.
  • Possession of a CPA designation is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in hands-on financial reporting and analysis.
  • Adept leadership skills for effective team management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative capabilities.
