Vice President, Integrated Commercial Services and Chief Financial Officer
Fraser Health (FH) is responsible for the delivery of hospital and community-based health services to nearly 2 million people in 20 diverse communities in British Columbia, from Burnaby to Fraser Canyon on the traditional territories of the Coast Salish and Nlaka’pamux Nations. The Fraser region is home to 32 First Nations communities and 6 Métis Chartered communities. Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Victoria Lee, the Vice President (VP) of Integrated Commercial Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leads a portfolio that includes Contract Management, Internal Audits, Finance and Budgeting, Partnership Operations, Housekeeping, and Food and Dietician Services. At Fraser Health, CFO accountabilities are combined operationally within a portfolio that involves functions such as protection and parking services, project management, and commercial services.
This role is an exciting and vital opportunity to integrate commercial services in the region, while meeting and exceeding both financial and operational goals and objectives. The Vice President and CFO has an integral and important mission as an executive leader and is accountable to provide executive oversight of financial planning, monitoring and reporting of Fraser Health’s finances. The VP and CFO oversees the development and approval of all operating budgets for the portfolio while allocating resources to meet strategic and operational requirements within the financial mandate of Fraser Health. The VP and CFO also oversees consultations and communications including partnerships for the effective planning and delivery of financial plans and programs.

The salary range for this position is CAD $116.03 - $174.04 per hour.
