CPA Ontario Adjudicative Tribunals are currently seeking volunteer adjudicators.
What You Would be Doing:
Hearing and deciding matters of good character, allegations of professional misconduct, or appeals brought from decisions of the Registrar and the Discipline, Admission and Registration, and Capacity committees.
Reviewing refusals by the Public Accounting Licensing Board to grant a licence.
Determining whether a member is incapacitated and the restrictions to be placed on that member, if any.

Who You Are:
The CPA Ontario Adjudicative Tribunals are currently seeking volunteer adjudicators, including:
- Professional Representatives (CPAs) in good standing, especially:
- those with a Public Accounting Licence (PAL), and
- members from Ontario, but outside the GTA.
- Public Representatives (members of the public who are not CPAs) with regulatory or adjudicative experience.
The appointments are for a one-year term and may be eligible for reappointment for a maximum of three additional three-year terms.
